By accessing this website, placing an online order ahead, or visiting SOLO Coffee at Newport Centre Mall (30 Mall Dr W, Jersey City, NJ 07310), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. In-Store Pickup & Order Fulfillment

SOLO Coffee offers an order-ahead service for customer pickup at our Level 1 counter in Newport Centre Mall during posted operating hours. We do not provide home or third-party courier delivery.

To enjoy your beverage at peak freshness and optimal temperature, please arrive promptly during your selected pickup time window. Give the name on your order to our baristas upon arrival.

3. Payments & Merchant of Record

All payment transactions, authorizations, and charge processing are conducted securely via Square (Block, Inc.). By submitting payment, you agree to Square’s terms and authorize the designated charge for your order total.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Because specialty coffee and fresh pastries are perishable items prepared to order, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once preparation has begun. If there is an error with your order or you are unsatisfied with your beverage, please let our barista team know immediately at the counter or reach out via our Contact page so we can make it right.

5. Menu Availability & Pricing

Menu items, seasonal roasts, specialty syrups, and bakery selections are subject to availability. Prices are posted in US Dollars and may be updated without prior notice.
